This motel ( $ 4 per person, with bathroom $5) is just near the bus station. Having the bus station on your left side you should turn left and then immediately to the right. The place is clean, but the downside is all the noise coming from outside. Their restaurant serves chicken, beef stew and rice dishes for about $1.
